Sambreel LLC (the "Company," "we" or "us") operates this website, www.sambreel.com (the "Site"). The Site, and any products, services, features, or content offered therein are the property of the Company.

As set forth in the Company's Terms of Use currently available athttp://www.sambreel.com/terms, the Site is intended for a general audience, is not targeted to children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including those who use the Site without being registered with the Company and those who have registered with the Company through some form of user account (i.e., a job application). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use (available athttp://www.sambreel.com/terms); terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined therein. This Privacy Policy describes the Company's collection and use of users' personal information (e.g., information that identifies a specific person, such as full name or email address) where that information is not otherwise publicly available on the Site. We also describe generally the Company's practices for handling non-personally identifiable information (e.g., demographics and site usage) to the extent such information is associated with a particular user or user account. Your access to and use of the Site may require you to accept additional terms and conditions or a privacy policy applicable to such use. This Privacy Policy is supplemented by additional policies relevant to particular activities, and each of the supplemental policies will also apply and should be read together with this Privacy Policy. An example of a supplemental policy is the Supplemental Careers Privacy Policy, which is appended below.

SUBMISSION AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

User Submitted Information

Registration Information is the information that users must provide to the Company upon registration for certain matters, including job applications and informational requests (e.g., your user name, email address, account password). You may also, but are not required to, submit other voluntarily-provided information such as your name, phone number, and career-related information. Please note that we do not require any of our users to submit any information in order to view this Site. It is always your choice, or the choice of someone authorized to act on your behalf, whether to provide personal information. For some areas of the Site, you may have to complete a registration process or create a profile for use in applying for something (e.g., a job). Completion of the process will usually create an account with a user name and password or other identifier which you agree to guard as confidential information—if you are careless with it, others may be able to access the information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at all times. You also agree that, to the extent allowed by us and our Site, you will review, maintain, correct, and update such information in a timely manner to maintain its accuracy and completeness by using the means allowed for the relevant information or, when appropriate, by contacting us. You agree that all uses of the identifier established for you during a registration or similar process will be attributed to and legally bind you and may be relied upon by us and our agents, affiliates, and other third parties with whom we work in order to provide the Site, its content, programs, profiles or other services as being a use made by you, even if someone else used your identifier.

Public Information and Posts consist of comments or content that you may voluntarily post on or through the Site, and the information about you that accompanies those posts or content, such as a user name. Public Information and Posts will always be public, which means it will be available to everyone and will be displayed in search results both on the Site and on external search engines.

Third Party Information and Content. If you access the Site through a third party connection or log-in, your user submitted information may also include your user name associated with that third party service, any information or content you have permitted the third party to share with the Company, and any information you have made public in connection with that third party service (collectively, "Third Party Information and Content"). Third Party Information and Content obtained in this manner will be governed by this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions applicable to use of the Services. In addition, the Company may supplement the information we collect with information we obtain from third parties to improve the quality of the Site.

Collected Information

Transactional and Site Activity Information. When users access the Site, we collect certain non-personally identifiable information about those visits for marketing purposes. For example, in order to permit your connection to the Site, our servers receive and record information about your computer, operating system and browser, including your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. If you access the Site from a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device or other transactional information for that device in order to serve content to it.

The Site may also be linked to sites or services operated by the Company’s affiliates or third parties, and may carry advertisements or offer content, functionality, games, rewards programs, newsletters, contests or sweepstakes, or applications developed and maintained by third parties including, any online store. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of any such third parties, and once you leave the Site via a link, enable a third party service, or click an advertisement, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party site. This Careers Policy is incorporated as part of our Privacy Policy (provided above), which is incorporated as part of our Terms of Use (available at http://www.sambreel.com/terms); terms used but not defined in this Careers Policy are defined in those documents.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT, SUBMITTING ANY INFORMATION RELATING TO A POSSIBLE JOB OPPORTUNITY, MAKING ANY APPLICATION(S), OR ALLOWING SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THAT FOR YOU, WILL BE YOUR CONSENT TO OUR TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND THIS SUPPLEMENTAL POLICY, ALL AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.

Information That We Collect in Careers. In addition to the personal information that we collect on the Site generally, in the Careers section of the Site, you may set up a "general account" so that you may apply to multiple job opportunities. To create a general account, we will require you to supply your email address and create a user name, password and security question to allow you to access your account later. When you create a general account, we collect your name, address, education level. We may also collect your job preferences such as, job level, schedule, availability to travel, job type and geographic area.

If you want to apply for a job, you will need to establish an "application account" which will require you to supply your email address and create a password and secret question to allow you to access your account later. When you submit an application, or authorize us to obtain a "consumer report" (such as a background check), we tend to collect personal information, including but not limited to: name, address, telephone number, resume, employment history, reference information, compensation and educational history, social security number and so on. You are responsible for ensuring that that the information you submit is complete, accurate and up-to-date. You also agree that, to the extent allowed by us and our Site, you will review, maintain, correct, and update such information in a timely manner to maintain its accuracy and completeness.

The Company retains information submitted in the Careers section in accordance with its records retention policy. We reserve the right to delete information stored by or for you and sometimes information will need to be re-entered. Accounts may be deleted at any time by clicking the "My Account Options" link and selecting the "deactivate" function. Deactivating your account will also withdraw any existing applications. Because of the way we maintain accounts, residual copies of your account information and other information associated with your account may remain on our backup systems. Neither changes to or deletion of an account will alter information already submitted or relied upon.

How We Use Information Collected in Careers. In addition to the uses of personal information allowed in the Privacy Policy, we make these kinds of uses of personal information submitted for a job. We disclose it:

  • to our the Company recruiters and third parties who help us authenticate Applicants or review qualifications and credentials or to contact references and conduct background checks;
  • to our affiliates and other third parties or persons with whom Applicant might work if Applicant gets the job;
  • to communicate about receiving the application or about the job for which application was made, or to deliver legal or other notices; and
  • to comply with applicable laws, including without limitation, checking names against anti-terrorism lists, complying with immigration restrictions or for statistical or reporting purposes.

If Applicant gets a job with us, we store the application and other information upon which we relied in Applicant's personnel file (or in an electronic format) and we may base post-employment decisions on it (including disciplinary actions) or we may use it to administer benefits, performance reviews, training, or for regulatory compliance.

Consent to Share and Disclose Personal Information. In addition to consenting to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Careers Policy, you agree that by providing us with personal information in the Careers section of our Site, you are consenting to the collection, retention, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with the terms of the Careers Policy and Privacy Policy. You also agree that you are consenting to the Company disclosing your information to third parties as stated in this Careers Policy (e.g., see the "How We Use Information Collected in Careers" section above).

Passwords; Redact Your Resume. The Terms of Use require you to keep secret your password and other access credentials confidential. This is especially important if you do not want persons obtaining your password to be able to see any resume or account or to see other information available (e.g., positions for which applications have been made). It is your responsibility to take steps to create a safe resume: before uploading a resume, remove any sensitive information such as social security numbers, identification numbers (e.g., driver's license), financial information, dates of birth etc. — we do not need nor want that information in a resume.

Security. We store data associated with your account and application on a site provided by a service provider. The data is not necessarily encrypted but the service provider has agreed to provide a commercially reasonable level of security. Your resume and other data will also circulate through our offices and relevant third parties. As explained in the Terms of Use, we do not guarantee security; also, we do not control third parties. You should assume the Site, storage and use generally is not encrypted and you should take steps to promote security (e.g., see the "Passwords; Redact Your Resume" section above).

Specific information about the terms and conditions of employment associated with a particular position, will be set forth on the date of hire and they may be different than information on the Site.
